August marathon training schedule/calories

I thought it would be interesting to see how many miles/calories I am doing on my road to the 2009 Walt Disney World Goofy races. So…why not put them on here? I also decided today that I want to do a few races in preparation for the Goofy. I plan on doing the IBM Uptown Classic 10K on 10/19, the Run for the Water 10 Miler on 11/9, and the Decker Half Marathon on 12/7. That way, I will get some racing under my belt before the BIG ONES in Jan. If the Lord keeps me healthy, I plan on running the 3M Half (Jan) and the AT&T Marathon (Feb) in 2009 also.
